l am Chairman of the Royal Horticultural Society North West In Bloom, we have community projects all over the NW which we visit and support. I volunteer at the Remembrance Woods and Blackburn’s Farm-l have supported the poly tunnel project growing vegetables hopefully for the cafe , but this year 5 boxes of vegetables given to the food bank every week. I have also supported all the horticultural and environmental projects, including tree planting, hedge planting and the lavender field. And l have 2 d of E volunteers from Wrea Green who help on projects.
